A Villa on an idyllic hill

“Apollon Villas” has been built οn an idyllic hill covered with olive trees, just 5 minutes away from Apollon Library Suites, reminding a Tuscan landscape postcard overlooking the blue sea. We have named the place an “eagle nest” as it is cozy and wild at the same time. An ideal new place to share moments and isolate.

Traditional aesthetics meet modern luxury

We created the imposing “Apollon Villas” in the area of Kato Lefka inspired by the notions of quality, exemplary hospitality, respect for the surrounding area, traditional values, as well as modern design.

This is the first sample of a new impeccable villas collection, each one situated in different areas of Greece, with the aim of creating a unique accommodation experience.

The house reflects the aesthetics of an old farmhouse. For this this reason, local stone and wood were preserved as basic materials but applied with a new method aiming to maximum functionality and safety. Local craftsmen worked to build it, applying handmade traditional techniques with care. An attractive and at the same time highly functional environment of high aesthetics that respects tradition and perfectly combines it with cutting-edge amenities.

Hospitality.

This 2-floor farmhouse can accommodate 6-8 people. It is ideal for an extended company, family, as well as digital nomads wishing to be isolated, inspired, and work without distractions. The ultimate destination for escaping reality, an opportunity to rejuvenate and try new things. A vacation experience tailor-made to your own needs!

Right from the start, our main goal was to create a cozy interior, where the visitor feels unique but at the same time familiar, as in a home away from home, a peaceful sanctuary. Although aesthetics refer to traditional culture, cutting-edge technology is in the spotlight, managing the residence settings, with many internal and external parts of the house interacting with each other.

The interior:

The ground floor features an open area with the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen is a remake of the traditional built-in one, made entirely of concrete, worked with a sander by the hands of experienced craftsmen. The stone fireplace has been carved in the same way and is the ideal spot for guests to relax around. They can rest on the sofa, as well as on another articulated furniture, created to remind a traditional one, named “ontas”. The floor is dominated by stone and the ceiling by wood, while choices in furniture were made in minimal lines and earthy colors.

An ideal place to share moments but also isolate, relax or be creative!

The interior (upstairs):

The floor upstairs features a large open space sleeping area, which consists of a double bed, a sofa bed, a bunk bed and a modular furniture resembling the one on the ground floor, where we can add one more piece and create a spacious sleeping bed. Thus, the upper floor can accommodate up to 6 people. Modularity is one of the main principles of this residence, aiming to adapt everything according to the specific needs of each visitor. As already pointed however, technology is one of the major priorities as well, thus there is a screen adapted to both the inner and outer side of the double bed, if one wishes to work even lying down! All furniture – apart from the sofas – is custom made and follows the minimal aesthetics idea.

The space is complemented by jute carpets, one of the most powerful decoration trends, enhancing the connection of tradition with the modern element. Both the floor and the ceiling here, with their particular traditional morphology, are made of wood. In the bathroom area, natural materials have been used, with small exceptions.

The outdoor area:

The beautiful outdoor spaces are suitable for relaxation in the built furniture, depending on the time of day. During noon, the back side is ideal to find shade in a beautiful environment surrounded by olive groves. The picturesque view combines the colors of the earth with the sea blue and the imposing Rio-Antirrio Bridge. There is also a barbeque, perfect for sharing moments of delight with family or friends!

The Jacuzzi ideally completes the ultimate experience of tranquility and relaxation, offering guests moments of luxury and rejuvenation!

We emphasized on special details, completing the construction with a modern approach aiming to offer a sense of uniqueness, while at the same time the intimacy and comfort guests need for the absolute hospitality experience.
